Election Day for the SD-39 Special Election is Tuesday, February 10!

You can vote at your standard polling place, which you can find here, from 6 am to 7 pm.

Register to vote or update your voter registration here by Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

Same Day Registration begins: February 4, 2026.

Want to vote early?

Apply to vote by mail here by 5:00 p.m on Friday, January 30, 2026.

Mail Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked on or before February 10, 2026 and received by 12pm, February 13, 2026.

You may also return your Mail Ballot at a Drop Box by 7 pm on February 10. Drop boxes will be available at the early voting locations below and at your polling place on Election Day.

In-person early voting will be open from Saturday, January 31 through Saturday, February 7th at the locations below.
